We are on our winter break, the web-shop will reopen in January.

We aim to dispatch our pieces within 1 - 3 working days of receiving an order, however some items may take longer. Please get in touch if you need a piece for a specific date and we will let you know whether it is possible.

Our made-to-order pieces may take between 2 - 4 weeks, but we can keep you updated during the process so you know when to expect your piece.

UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail ‘First Class Signed For’ for all our UK shipping, which means it will require a signature on arrival. Once we have posted your item you will receive an email with a tracking code so you can follow your item’s journey. We offer free shipping on orders over £150.

International Delivery
All our international shipping is arranged with Royal Mail 'International Tracked and Signed For'. We offer free shipping on orders over £150. Drawn Jewellery is based in the UK which does mean that for international orders additional customs or import duties may occur once it reaches the destination country. We currently do not cover these costs as they vary widely per country. To learn about the customs charges in your country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Returns
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your order, please contact us at Info@drawnjewellery.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Returns are accepted for 30 days after your purchase, but the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. A refund will be issued once we have received your item but please allow up to 7 days for the return of the funds to be completed.

Some items are not eligible for returns, unfortunately we can’t accept the return of earrings, personalised items, custom-made pieces, and any damaged or worn items.

Repairs
If you would like to get a piece of Drawn Jewellery repaired, please contact us at Info@drawnjewellery.com and share any information you have regarding your item. We will then advise you on the repair and set an approximate timeline.
